Ahead of his sold out Italian Feast in Charlotte Quay, acclaimed Italian chef Francesco Mazzei visited Fallon and Byrne and revealed to the House of Peroni what his essential ingredients for an Italian Feast were.

This was a fun project with a very quick turn around. I suggested the video concept to the client and arranged filming at Fallon & Byrne. Interviewing and shooting Francesco in an afternoon, I had the video ready for the client the next day.
