The Sharp Building is a  six-storey, over-basement, grade A office building which extends to 4,412 sq/m situated on Hogan Place. It sold for €56.3 million.

Begley Hutton approached me to create a video to help sell the project. We had to capture the architecture of a building that was still under construction, but equally important was the neighbourhood and the amenities that came with it.
